The sales office for NOHO Investment was designed on a plot where the prestigious N14 residential buildings by the investor are being constructed. Our goal was to create a pavilion that would serve as an additional feature in the overall site development once the construction is completed.

The interior of the office was designed in accordance with the investor's guidelines, creating coherence with other designed spaces. We placed great emphasis on creating a friendly and functional environment that reflects the newly developed residential investment and provides an unrestricted atmosphere for future property buyers.
The landscaping around the pavilion posed a particular challenge due to difficult soil conditions. We decided to use mountain pine, which thrives well in such conditions. Mountain pines not only adapt excellently to such an environment but also add natural charm by blending harmoniously with the pavilion's architecture.
